Heavy 2 day period

Hi I had the implant removed in November last year I have had irregular periods since then usually every 19 days for around 4/5 days each time only this month I had a 28 day cycle and a heavy 2 day bleed then completely dry. It's been 10 days since that and i didn't think anything of it until now.. I have had constant nausea for around 2 weeks I haven't had a day were I haven't felt sick. Is it possible to have a two day period and be pregnant
