Do women really ovulate every month or you can skip it or not have it all for months? And if so, why? Confused. .

Yes women really ovulate every month, unless your taking bcp. Women who suffer from pcos or under high stress, extremely underweight or extremely overweight may not ovulate every month if at all. If u are TTC and taking opk and fail to get a positive, it's time to talk to your doctor or obgyn to make sure things are going right with your reproductive system.
