Tussling & Screaming At 18 Weeks

I'm so disappointed in myself I literally just got into a tussling (pushing , & hair pulling) & screaming fight with my sister , im 18 weeks pregnant and I'm now so nervous I have scratches on my face arm and finger. I'm not hurting or anything & I felt my baby moving after I settle myself and calm down . I'm just nervous that my baby won't be okay I tried avoiding the fight by closing my bedroom door while she opened it to argue and it escalated quickly can anyone give me any advice on what to do ?
