Help me please!! Wax-burn?

Okay! So ladies, the other day I went and got a brazilian wax done. First time ever waxing anything! So I know I have sensitive skin anyways, shaving always leave bad razor burn and ingrown hairs, so I thought "why not try waxing!" Well, it's day two after being waxed and my lower skin is almost breaking out into acne and red bumps everywhere. Also its super sore. Anybody have any ideas/remedies/wisdom they could pss on??
