Weight gain
Hi I've lost about 20 lbs over the last year and I'm proud of myself but lately I have gained some back. Now I'll be honest I've been eating the same and not working out like I used to. About 10 lbs. So right now I need to lose about 25 lbs in order to have a healthy bmi and that will be at the higher end of the bmi scale for my height. I'm feeling discouraged and sad. I just started dating again and I'm happy these guys are showing interest but I feel like dating has made me gain weight in the past due to eating out and less time for exercise. Part of me is such a head case that even though it's not rational and these guys are interested I do wonder why they are due to my weight. I know I'm awesome and have a lot to offer. I guess I need a little encouragement and perspective here. Thanks ladies!
