Should I change the time I take my pill?!

I'm taking a cruise next week to Belize and Cozumel and both are on a different time zone than my hometown. Should I change the time I take my pill or take it based off the time back home?

Answer

It's up to you. If the time difference isn't going to make it hard to remember your pill I'd say just keep taking it when it's the correct time in your regular time zone, but if it means that you'd be taking it at 3am or something definitely switch times.
