Cinnarizine 15mg

My fiance has vertigo and so does his mum and going to the doctor is out of the question, he cant even lift his head so his mum came around and gave him 2 of her cinnarizine and within half an hour he threw up and were not quite sure what to do now. I know there are nurses on here that could hopefully give advice. After half an hour of ingesting would they have dissolved and came up in his vomit?? Should he take another one? He refuses to even phone his doctor.
