Feel like baby eats all the time

My baby is 1 month & formula fed. I feel like he eats every 1hr 1/2 to 2 hrs. He's drinking 3 ounces. Is it a growth spurt. Anyone else's baby doing the same? During the night he sleeps a little longer but during the day im like omg again lol
