How far along am I in pregnancy?

My last period day was the 29th April how far along am I in pregnancy? 
Would appreciate the help

I have pretty regular periods. It's either right on time or a day early. I was told by numerous aps that I would be ovulating around the 8-12th of April. I went down to see my husband (military) on April 14th. Two weeks later, I find out I'm pregnant. (Period was due April 21). If I was to use my last period (March 21) to calculate my due date, I'd be WAY off. That's why it's only a guess until you go to the doctor. Don't get your hopes up that you're as far along as those apps say! I'd pick your last predicted ovulation date and use that as your "conception" date. Then calculate your due date and see how far along you are. It's better than thinking you're further along than you are

They count your weeks from the first day of your last period (even though you're not pregnant). So you're about 5 weeks
