Lifting
So my job requires me to be able to lift 50lbs. I don't really have to lift that often. But today I carried a bed side camode from my hall to the other side of the building and it weighed less than 20lbs. I feel like I moved a 60lb BSC and now my back hurts bad and my stomach is cramping...
