I need to know what's the best douche to use and that is healthy

You shouldn't douche it isn't good. Just let your period clean your body that's what its for!

I heard douching is not good for you. It takes away good bacteria. And you need that bacteria for your vagina. Your vagina is a self cleaning oven so it cleans itself. I never heard of a safe douch. Clean your vagina with a good  non scented soap with water. Good luck

You really shouldn't douche. Our vaginas for the most part are self cleaning and doing so can really mess up the natural balance already down there. Douching is a great way to get a wicked infection.

Aloe vera juice and water! Douches can throw off the ph levels in the vaginal flora so i would not recommend douching regularly. Another option, get some organic fresh thyme from the store and make a tea out of it with filtered water and use that as a douche. Thyme is sooo good for the femal reproductive system all the way around. Do some research for yourself but thyme is a good antispetic, antibacterial, ph balanced, helps reduce cramping, helps increase healthy blood flow, etc...
