Side stitch

Does anyone else gets those cramps or stitches in your side? The only way I can think to describe it is when you run too hard or something similar and you get this cramp or stitch in your side. Except in pregnancy it happens if I reach for something or turn a certain way. I'm guessing it's just the muscles being stretched, but I'm wondering if anyone else experiences that!
