Hi guys. I need help. The itchiness started about 2 days ago, it got really hot where I live and at work I wear long pants. As I have to walk so much since I'm a waitress my panties touch the big lips outside my vagina and it itches so much. Burns. Today it was unbearable I had to go to the bathroom and take my panties off, made it better. If I'm sitting down it doesn't itch at all, it itches when I walk and some piece of cloth keeps touching my big lips. I also have hair down there but it's trimmed. What could it be? It scares me. Thanks.
