Does this happen to anyone else ? I shave and I still get left with a little bit of these. I shave sideways and then up or else I get shave burns. I use conditioner to shave. Idk why I get these ? I exfoliate too. Am I doing something wrong ?

You should change the class in the razor, and maybe you should try shampoo or shaving  cream. Just recommendations. No need to change if you don't want to.

Yes this happens every time I shave. I think it's because we have brown hair I'm not really sure. I know I don't notice it as much on myself when I'm more tan

Looks like you just have big/dark follicles. Happens to me too because I have dark blonde hair and I'm super pale.
