Does size matter?

My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for a few months but every time he ejaculates it spills out of me. Would the size of his penis have anything to do with it? We have tried different positions but nothing seems to work. Also is there any way to prevent this?

It will always come back out after having sex. That's normal. Sperm gets to where it needs to go within seconds. Everything that comes out is semen and that's perfectly fine!  In fact, you should use the toilet after sex to prevent UTI :)

Have you tried the cup? I know two pregnant women who put in one of those menstral cups  after their SOs ejaculated to keep it inside.

Put a pillow under your hips. Should help to keep it in more.
