Late late AF, BFNs, Negative Blood Test:::What gives??

My AF was due on 5/21. I'm over a week late but have only gotten BFNs. My doctor ordered a qualitative blood test, but it only says + or -, and does not show a HCG number if there is one. It also came by negative. My cervix is low, closed and soft. I have thick cm, I'm nauseous on and off. I'll be 10 days late tomorrow. Is there any hope for a BFP? Might test one more time tomorrow. Hubby and I are TTC #2 after a miscarriage in August. Please lend me your expertise!! ☺️
