First off,  depends on the man whether or not he wants sex on the rag.  Second,  while more sensitive,  whenever i had sex during my period i couldnt orgasm.  At.  All.  So i ended up just teasing him for the seven days.

I use orgasms as cramp relief once I get passed the pain of being touched (even in a non sexual way, any touch is intense pain). Sometimes the uterus will contract in a good way, sometimes it doesn't 😖
