Suicide text line
So, I just contacted a suicide text line thing and I'm really proud of myself for reaching out in a way. I hate talking about how I feel and it's an accomplishment for me to do things like this. I just wanted to share this for some reason. Thanks for reading ^^
EDIT: Yes, I feel much better now! The place I contacted was 741-741. You text START and you are tended to right away. I'd honestly recommend it for anyone feeling suicidal, depressed, or any crisis really.The man I talked to was very nice and helped a lot. We talked for over an hour (9:04pm to 10:50 pm).
