Mother and baby parking bay

So I'm shopping with all the kids I always park in the mother and baby bay. They are closer to the entrance  and slightly wider. I do feel nervous when I have all four kids and I can't park near the entrance or in a mother and baby parking bay. It's a busy parking lot anything could happen. There wasn't free mother and baby parking bay. So I parked in a regular bay. I came out the supermarket and this women came out of the pet shop with her dog. And she was parked in the mother and baby parking bay. She saw me looking at her and then sad "I'm a mother to my dog so I get to park here." I didn't want to make a scene but in my head I was like no your not allowed to park in that bay. And it's really difficult to strap a child in when your at those big parking places. It is a squeeze.
