TMI! Need Help.

So I had diarrhea..( I ate 3 tacos, rice/beans)

And I didn't really push much to get it out by as soon as I wiped I saw blood. Not from my anal but vaginal bleeding. I'm 100% it came out of my vagina. I don't feel any pain anywhere at all. And I already had my period on the 10 of this month. So I know it has nothing to do with periods. Does anyone know what this means?
