Back pain 😭

Ok ladies, my son is now 8 months old but about 4/5 months ago my back started to ache where I had my epidural or around that area. I had a full back labour but I was fine a few weeks after having him but since these last few months it kills me to change his bum I can't even carry him for long (he weighs 22lbs). When I first started getting the pain I used to just sit down and it would go but now it still hurts to sit down. It's probably just my epidural but I don't wanna go my doctors and they just tell me that because my doctors is kind of far and I don't drive so it would a waste of an hour walk for that.
