So my period has been all weird I gave birth to my baby 4 months ago. I'm not breast feeding, I had one real period since having her and that's when I was 7 weeks post partum. Since then I've had one "period" and it was spotting for a few days and went away. I'm over a week late now or I think I don't know anymore. Pregnancy tests are negative. I've got all my pms symptoms down to cramps but still nothing. The hospital screwed up and left a gauze up my vagina for three weeks. I'm very worried something is wrong. Do you all think I should be concerned?
