Losing weight with pcos
I stopped taking birth control a year ago. Recently I have been diagnosed with pcos. Throughout the past year of periods 30-70 days in between. Crazy hormone fluctuations coupled with food cravings and loss of energy. I have gained weight. I am reading online that exercise doesn't help with pcos and I'm beginning to think that. I have been exercising 3-5 days per week and haven't lost any weight. Has anyone on here been able to lose weight with pcos if so please share your secrets!!
