Prenatal Vitamins
Just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant.... According to apps I'm about 5w3d - now I know that it's important to take a prenatal vitamin, but not sure how to choose one. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg- the Honest company's has great reviews but is $40/month and I haven't gone to the doctor yet so no prescription.
Any recommendations?
