Need advice!

I had my period for two days when my bf and I decided to have unprotected sex in the shower...he came inside of me for the first time and I'm super nervous. I'm still bleeding but I heard I can still get pregnant, also I'm not on birth control. Should I take the plan b? Or are my odds pretty good to not get pregnant? Please help
