Abdominal pain last night but not near baby

Last night I experienced terrible either gas pains with heartburn or I don't know what it was but it lasted from 7pm to 3am, I'm 18 weeks. I tried everything to relieve this pain, walking, tums, ginger tea, warm bath, pedilite, I couldn't even lay on my side the discomfort just radiated. Anyone experience this? What did they do for it? This morning I don't have any pain, but OBGYN office closed for the holiday.
