Low lying placenta in first trimester??

Question

My patient portal thing says I have this. Why would they see that I have a low lying placenta and not mention it to me??! Ive been to two appointments since it says it was noted. I feel like it's kinda serious. And it says without hemorrhage but I have had some spotting here and there. 
Now I'm worried but I guess you can't see if it's gotten better or worse until the 20 week ultrasound which I'm not having until 23 weeks. I'm only 17 weeks.  Yay.....

I also have one that was diagnosed at 20 weeks. After a recheck at 24 mine hasn't moved but I've heard there is like a 90% chance the placenta will migrate before birth! Fingers crossed!

I was told this after my 20 week scan & I have to go back at 30 weeks to see if it hasn't changed

I have the same thing! They noticed when I was 20 weeks and will do another ultrasound in two weeks. Don't stress if you can help it! They'll be able to tell you more at your next appointment.
