About a month ago I was in a B 32 now my boobs are a B 36. I am 19 years old and have only gained 6 pounds. Not only have they grown but they hurt so bad! I have my boyfriend massage them. They feel really heavy and tight until he massages them then they feel a lot better. My nipples hurt so bad where he can't even lick them. I am on the birth control implant, he also pulls out & I took a test and it came out negative. So why are they growing so much and hurt so bad?
