PCOS and OPKs! Help!

Becka • Mon, May 30 • Student and stay at home wife. Currently TTC baby #1. Starting assisted conception in June.

I get a positive opk every month on CD 19 but it then stays positive for 5+ days so I never know if/when I actually ovulate. I could use help! I know this is common for PCOS but I have a distinct change from negative to positive opk on CD 19. Has anyone experienced this?
