butt issue with doggy style ...

hi...i have like a tag thingy on my butthole. lol. it's not hemroids or at least i don't think it is. any help on that? it's goes and leaves. but my boyfriend really wants to do doggy position and i want to as well but would it be noticeable? or not? agh...also it doesn't hurt and I'm not pregnant
