Abortion method? Which would you choose?

Keep your nasty opinions to yourself. I'm only 5 weeks. Pill and condom failed. I have MS. I can use the pill method but I've heard the cramping is alot worse. And I might end up needing the surgical option anyways. Or I can just get it over with and do the surgical. Which would you choose?

I don't need help with my decision. My body, my choice. Thanks ahead of time. Because I KNOW, I will get posts about adoption. Again I have MS and that isn't an option for me.

I can't ask my friends, because I'm keeping this a secret. So I'm hoping those of you who have had an abortion will give me your preferred choice.
