I was wondering should I start taking prenatal vitamins now to try and get pregnant? Can anyone tell me any good tips on what would help my chances of becoming pregnant?

I'd start em ASAP- there's nothing that will hurt you and if/when you do get pregnant you'll be used to taking them everyday and have good stores of vitamins you and your baby need

Prenatals are essential to a growing fetus (esp for spine development) but don't help you become pregnant. My Doc recommended I take prentals 3-6 months before trying to conceive since i was off the pill and anything can happen
