Im currently 16w4d my boyfriend woke me up for snoring too loud which only happens when I don't feel well now I can't sleep because I really don't feel well.. I absolutely hate the feeling of phlegm in my throat 😠 it's so disgusting. I feel miserable right now (headache, sore throat, my nasal passages feel sore) is there something I can take for this that won't cause harm to baby ?
