Wtf!!!

Im 10 days away from my period I have period cramps like crazy I dont know if this happens to anyone els but when im near my period and I eat any sweets or drink coffee I need to go to the bathroom like know (num2) and thats happening know and my boobs hurt and my nipples itch like a motherfucker do you girls think im getting my period early or what could be causing this
