Desire for more Radiant Skin

My face has been plagued with acne and acne scars since I was in high school. I and now 27. I am so sick of it. I want glowing radient healthy skin sometime before rwrinkles start setting in. I look really young and I would like better skin. Any products that you a ladies could recommend that REALLY work and that yield instant results is much appreciated. Oh, I have oily/Combo Skin.
