Desperate/miserable!!!

I am thinking I possibly have mastitis! I am so uncomfortable and in so much pain! I woke up 2 days ago with a sore left breast. Thinking since I nursed instead of pumped that night because my lo woke up I thought maybe I was engorged a little bit. So I nursed until she was full and was still uncomfortable so I pumped and pumped! Barely got anything out. Still sore. I have now extreme pain under my left breast and am having fever like symptoms minus the fever! My head is killing me with MIGRAINE! I have tried everything I can find on the Internet for mastitis or clogged ducts. Should I make an appointment to see my Dr? I don't want to go only to have her tell me to do what I have already been doing! Any advice is welcome :(
