I need your help please

So I had protected sex with my ex of a year but I still haven't gotten my period. I'm five days late. I took one test that was negative. I'm hoping it's just stress..  But I've never been late. No matter how stressed I am. Problem being, I told my ex  that I'm late (but no positive pregnancy test) and now he won't talk to me. Literally just straight up ignoring me. I realize I made a mistake not letting this person go completely in the first place. But now I'm so scared. What if I really am pregnant and have to do it all alone?
