10 dpo

So today makes 10 dpo for me according to ovia and this app.im really confused.i lost my baby at 16 weeks 6 days. March 1st.i immediately got the nexplanon implant the same day because i thought that i didn't want anymore children after that.wrong.2 weeks later and i started to regret it.i had the implant taken out april 8.i had spotting last month and bled for maybe a day very lightly.i finally got my af on may 7th.i bled heavy for a day and a half and when i woke up on may 9,there was no more blood.so i dtd.then just my luck i started spotting that night and on the 10th-11th.and then it was done.. i ended up dtd on the 13th-17th everyday and then the 21st&22..so this is where the confusion comes in...on the 21st.which is the day I ovulated according to this app i went to the bathroom and when i wiped i saw extremely bring pink.so i wiped again and there was nothing... makes me think i was just seeing things.. lol..but lately im extremely gassy, constipated, emotional and moody.. my back has been liking me and I've been nauseated..i threw up in my mouth 2times within the past 3 days and and im always tired..i can sleep for 11 hours or more and still take a nap or 2 through day...can anyone please give me their opinion ? should i take a test now or wait until 2 days when the app says?
