Just looking for some advice!

I'm 37 weeks and 1 day and thinking I'm having some pretty good pre-labor signs (FTM by the way). Yesterday I had a long day of BH contractions which I've had for many, many weeks now. I've almost gotten used to them at this point! I had some unusual back pain and just uncomfortable most of the day. Through the night I kept getting woken up by contractions, hard to tell if they're labor contractions or just BH. This morning I'm pretty sure I've lost/am losing my mucus plug - gross snotty like substance with some blood when I wipe. My contractions are getting more uncomfortable and now feel more like period cramps and I constantly feel like I have to poop!

Should I call my OB or wait it out and see how things progress? I decided not to go to work because I'm pretty uncomfortable 😕
