Vaginal smells/lint

So..this is embarrassing but when I'm not on my period I have this strong vinegar/bread/Chinese food smell down there. But I'm the only one who can smell it! And sometimes when I look in my underwear...my vaguna creates it's own lint. It's like a cotton candy texture. No word of a lie. What's going on with me?? And how do I fix this? I don't douche and I wear only cotton undies. I'm not sexually active either.
