Spotty???

Question

My four-month-old has little red spots not bumps just spots running a temperature and they don't seem to be bothering him I just have no idea what they are?? I'm first time mama just curious what other mamas have to say what this might be

Looks like heat rash. But if it doesn't clear up in a couple days maybe see the doctor.

Could be a heat rash.. My baby gets them alllllllll the time, I panic! 
Safest way to make sure they're not dangerous is to press a glass on them and if they disappear it's nothing to worry about - or press on them with your finger and if they fade then come back it's nothing to worry about - but if they don't disappear and stay the same when trying either seek medical attention
