Can you have cramps exactly the same as af cramps and still be pregnant?

Af hasn't arrived yet. I'm not too sure how late I am. I've had af cramps for the last week. For about the last 3 Days they've been intense but today they aren't as bad and not as frequent but still there. The thing is they are exactly the same as the af cramps I get.. Could I still be pregnant? I've also had very strong positive opk's for the last 3 Days. I want to wait a few more days to see if AF arrives before I do a pregnancy test. Just wanna know if af cramps mean there's no chance of pregnancy
