I have been on birth control since November and am sexually active. I had sex May 23 which was not lubed and very rough. Then May 24 I noticed brown discharge in my underwear which ranged from light to very dark brown and was occasionally clumpy. This lasted five days until I got my period (bright red instead of brown) and went through two super tampons in a day and then everything stopped for a day. Now the brown discharge is back... What could this be and should I be concerned?
