Been trying for 10 months :(

So me and my partner have been trying for 10 months and still nothing my periods are always late so I never know where I'm at with ovulation. I haven't seen a doctor yet as I have to wait but I'm scared something is wrong in 22 and my bf is 25 so we are young and I'm worried that something is wrong!! Does anyone have any advice or has been through something similar
