31 weeks pain on and off advice pls.....

I woke up at 11am this mornin showered notice I had this white skin on panty liner with a big wet patch tmi sorry since then every ten to 15 mins I have had pin lasting about 30 secs period pains now even lying down is not taking them away feel contant period pain pain is bearable at the moment but when they hit it hurts.... Advice pls
