Washing baby clothes.. Do you wash it?

How many of you wash your baby's clothes before they are born and the can use it?

I washed basically everything - new and used clothes, sheets, blankets, swaddles, even the cloth diapers that my sister gave me (she'd used them with her son and they were already clean, but I didn't like the smell of the detergent she used). I think the only thing I haven't washed is the quilt my mother-in-law made us.

I've worked in a warehouse and have seen clothing drop on very dirty dusty floors and then brushed off and repacked....I'd definitely wash it beforehand
