Implantation bleeding or period?

I was 20 days late when I noticed very light pink blood and not very much of it. A few drops maybe. And then it stopped and I had it again yesterday and this morning but it's very light and I put a tampon in thinking it was my period but the tampon is pretty much clean. Is it implantation bleeding or my period?

Well here's an UPDATE: I took a test and I am pregnant! I'm gonna go to the doctor to make sure everything is okay and to confirm it but I took 3 test and all were clearly positive.

Implantation bleeding is actually really rare and not common. Doctors won't even mention it, because of how unlikely it is. I would take a test, just for the fact that you are almost a month late. First morning urine is the most effective. Let us know how it goes. (:
