Boy or girl? Ramzi theory

Abdominal ultrasound, I'm thinking boy cause the baby is on my right side (I think) but I have no idea where the placenta is... Would it be around the baby? PLEASE HELP if you know about Ramzi theory and comment below. thanks!!!!
