I just can hide it

According to my LMP (April 6) I should be 8 weeks tomorrow. However knowing we only had sex April 23 and that I most likely ovulated late I would be closer to 6 weeks......I have my first ultrasound tomorrow however my MIL already asked if I was pregnant which we said no, and then today while getting my salad at subway the lady said congratulations our expecting again!!! What the heck!!! The bloat is real!!! Plus this is #4 and I didn't lose all the weight from my daughter who just turned one!!! Oh well bring on the baby bump!
