Precautions early on?

So on 11/11/15 I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. It was literally the most devastating thing I ever dealt with, I was 21 at the time, I'm 22 now. This morning I got a vvvvf line (my periods 6 days late) on a dollar store test. I will obviously be talking to my doctor but for now, does anyone have some advice or precautions or ANYTHING on avoiding miscarriage? I KNOW what will be, will be, but there has to be some things I can do to decrease my chances. I'm traumatized from the first time
